Ram is upgradable and all things are good colour and the look is so stunningggg ..
The display has no competition .
Battery life can be extended by setting up to 6..7 hours .
Sound from speakers is too good and although Samsung inner software gives lots of features .
Office is included that’s why no need of buying ms word Excel PowerPoint.

Great product but got dissapointed from the graphics performace i was expecting inter iris xe graphics unfortunately there’s UHD graphics and basic level gaming is pretty worse.
However afterall great design and processor performance is just awesome

Much better than Asus and Hp laptop feels lighter and sturdy when compared to other laptops ..feels very premium…and sleek.Even the charger is light and very practical..not sure why other laptops which are pricier can’t provide the same..
